so, my soopa doopa dookie chain arrived a couple weeks ago + i love it to bits! i've gotten some pretty interesting responses from folks..one toughE brooklyn teenager was all, 'damn girrrl, that's awesome-you poppin'!"..while a way less awesome chick, named gemini, in topanga canyon had the audacity to say, (words dripping with disdain)"what is that? is that a scarf? it's relly weird." i was so shocked+thus tempted to say, "you're a raving bitch."..who says shit like that?...
anyhoo, everyone asks if i made it. nope this talented woman down in hotlanta did..if you don't know about yokoo-go visit her etsy shop+then have a gander at her flickr.

Don't you just LOVE Etsy? I'm doing all my shopping there this year, let's hear it for talented people making things by HAND.
P.S. I've met that chick in Topanga--she works at the vintage clothing store there, right? Pretty judgmental for someone who gives out cards saying she's into happiness coaching (or something like that). Anyway, rock on with your scarf regardless!

+yes indeed missy, you hit the nail on the head with the hidden treasures gal...she's full of bollocks...after being consistently rude to me and my friends-she gave us our daily affirmation-which i almost gave back to her-just to prove a point.
