she fell hard in a downeastern fashion.

one of my beautiful college bff's, my dearest kaia bella became mrs. kaia cunningham in a gorgeous gloucester wedding to her senor ben two weekends ago...the forecast had predicted rain showers but we were were spared +got nothing but a couple of drips here and there to interrupt the perfection...a good sign for a long life of love and luck. +as i said in my speech, i wish you two only the best for always!!
xo
the wizard (my favorite nickname i've ever received courtesy of ben:)

+the 3 well bounced light fotos-that are clearly more pro flash jams-were taken by their skilled wedding photographer channing johnson...see more at his blog here.

we forged ahead, knowing full well we had no idea where we'd end up.

the night began beautifully yet ended in a slam.

now, i'm waaaay behind on this here blog+thus, i'm only just now finally telling you that the open ocean show at secret project robot was mad good-these gals just keep getting better and looking hotter..the experience was made all the more complete with fireworks and babes aplenty...

+speaking of these righteous babes...

the stylish and stunning bassist, accessories editor, artist and all around sweetheart, miss sarah kuhn, has gone ahead and designed the most covetable camera straps i've EVER seen!!!

i mean, you know i love some chanel+am never without my camera..so, here, now i present you with the genius (and remarkably affordable) SFK camera straps..go to her site and order one or ten! i'm eagerly waiting on the classic gold and black but am seriously considering the turquoise and silver as an awesome alternate.

for more on this check out her recent write ups on refinery29 and on white lightning...

i found you on the corner of santa monica and la cienega.

holy canoli.....i haven't been able to get this taio cruz 'dynamite' situation outta my brain since it hit me on a cali cruise last week. +yes it's terrible on the first listen but too catchy to stop from repeating.....and singing along to..and sharing with other people..and searching the radio constantly for...and generally being embarrassingly jazzed on a top 5 summer anthem....

p.s. check out last weeks new york magazine interview with the pop genius, dr. luke, who's the orchestrator behind this jam, california gurls, and party in the u.s.a.
